I can’t remove the shaft of the plunger suspension of the rear!
It may cause damage to the frame by warming with burner, so I hold it as a last resort.

At first, I sprinkled lubricant and leave it overnight but it didn't work.

Next, I will tap the inside of the hollow shaft and pull it out by turning.

Opening the prepared hole for tap by drill. I open the prepared hole for tap by drill.
Prepared hole for tap is on the left side. Prepared hole for tap is ready! (on the left)
Tapping with spraying grease lubricant. When I was turning the tap wrench for a while, the hollow shaft starts turning together.
I pull it out while turning the tap wrench.
Plunger shaft pulled out together with the tap wrench. I finally could pull out the hollow shaft together with the tap wrench!
It seemed to be caused by fixation by the rust. It seemed to be caused by fixation by the rust.

The first R51(1938) is the motorcycle which adopted front and rear suspension for the first time in the world.
Also, the telescopic fork is an invention of BMW. R12(1935) adopts hydraulically damped telescopic front fork for the first time in the world.
I’m not sure but the name “telescopic” is come from “telescope” because it expands and contracts as a telescope.
